Attracting a new audience, without loosing the current

Challenge: The historic, but often overlooked, Glessner House was looking at how they could deepen their relationship with current fans while building awareness with new audiences.

Process: We interviewed visitors to discover their motivations for visiting the house and other similar sites. We then explored new opportunities to engage news visitors through an Inspirational Landscape Assessment and built theme areas for user testing.

Result: Our work help define a new marketing strategy that resonates with new and current audiences.
